TERMS OF SERVICE – FIERAVIVA
By placing an order with Fieraviva, you agree to the following terms.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order with Fieraviva, you agree that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or review an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or product availability.
If Fieraviva cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During high-volume drops or restocks, processing may take up to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided by email or SMS when available.
Most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within approximately 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping service and destination.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to request an order cancellation, please contact support@fieraviva.com as soon as possible.
We may be able to cancel an order before fulfillment begins, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
If an order is successfully canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & ORDER ISSUES
All sales are generally final for change of mind or sizing issues unless otherwise stated.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or an order is confirmed lost in transit, customers should contact support@fieraviva.com.
Depending on the circumstances, eligible issues may be resolved through a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Size exchanges may be offered depending on product availability but are not guaranteed.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products may be released in limited quantities and availability is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel purchases when reasonably necessary.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed and we are unable to fulfill it, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Prices, products, and availability may change without notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, logos, graphics, product images, text, and content on this website are the property of Fieraviva and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Unauthorized use of Fieraviva brand assets is prohibited.

SMS & MESSAGING TERMS
If you separately opt in to Fieraviva SMS marketing through an eligible signup form, popup, checkout option, or other consent method, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Fieraviva at the phone number provided.
Marketing messages may include product releases, promotions, cart reminders, and other Fieraviva marketing communications.
Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Customers may also receive transactional communications relating to orders, shipping, delivery, account activity, or customer service where applicable.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
